MooBots Terms and Software License

Effective date: September 13, 2026

These terms govern purchases from moobots.com and use of MooBot Studio. By purchasing, activating, or using MooBot Studio, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your account and license key secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your automations comply with applicable law and the rules of services they access.

License grant

Subject to payment and these terms, MooBots grants you a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MooBot Studio on up to two simultaneously activated devices. A lifetime license does not expire on a fixed date; it does not guarantee that every third-party service, operating-system feature, website, update, or support channel will remain available forever.

You may move the license between devices using the account activation-reset tools, subject to the displayed reset cooldown. You may not sell, rent, share, sublicense, publish, or expose your Studio license key.

Your projects and exported applications

You retain ownership of original workflows, interfaces, scripts, and content you create. While your license is active, you may create and distribute applications exported by MooBot Studio, including branded applications, subject to these terms and the rights and terms governing any third-party material, service, or code you include. You may not represent MooBots as endorsing your application.

Acceptable automation

You may use MooBot Studio only on systems, accounts, and data you own or are authorized to control. You may not use it for credential theft, malware, unauthorized access, CAPTCHA bypass, security-control evasion, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, spam, fraud, service disruption, or violation of another service’s terms or technical restrictions. CAPTCHA integrations are limited to legitimate manual or authorized third-party solving services and do not grant permission to bypass access controls.

Third-party services and content

Browser engines, websites, AI providers, payment services, proxies, email systems, databases, plugins, and other integrations are operated by third parties. Their terms, availability, charges, limits, and outputs are their responsibility. You are responsible for obtaining required accounts and permissions and for reviewing generated output before relying on it.

Payments and refunds

Prices and included license terms are shown at checkout. Taxes or currency conversion may apply. MooBot Studio purchases include the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. A refund revokes the associated license and ends your right to use the Studio for new work.

Updates, support, and availability

We may provide fixes, improvements, or compatibility updates and may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, provider changes, or product development. Automation against third-party websites can stop working when those sites change. Support is provided through the channels listed on moobots.com but is not guaranteed to resolve every third-party compatibility issue.

Warranty disclaimer

Except for the express 30-day guarantee and rights that cannot be excluded by law, MooBot Studio and the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MooBots disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MooBots will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenue, lost data, business interruption, third-party account action, or the results of an automation. MooBots’ total liability arising from the product or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to MooBots for the affected license during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a license for charge reversal, fraud, material breach, unlawful use, or a serious security threat. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a curable breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases or continued online services. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes. Changes do not reduce an already-purchased lifetime license term or the refund period that applied at purchase.

Governing law

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be restricted to a forum will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Placer County, California. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a matter in another forum remain unaffected.
